Functional Esthetics, Inc. was founded on October 15, 1977 as a partnership between Phil Watkins, C.D.T. and Lynn Woodham, C.D.T. In January of 1996, Lynn Woodham left the company to pursue other endeavors. In February 2001, a new partnership was formed between Phil Watkins and Kyle Swan, C.D.T.
